Elevate your training with 2 class formats…

In our opinion, a well rounded training program includes components for conditioning (strength, flexibility, dynamic movement, etc.), technique (learning foundation skills as well as more elaborate tricks on a given apparatus), and movement quality (freestyle or choreographed). Traditional classes typically focus on 1 of these elements, in a 60 minute session…but most of us don’t have 3-4 hours a night to cover all of these bases, so we’ve done away with this format!

Elevation instead offers 2 class categories (Specialty Classes, and Flex Classes), which can be used to customize your training experience. The result is a targeted program that will help ensure you are making gains in your practice, and meeting your goals.

  • Aerial Silks

  • Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

  • Aerial Fluidity (Choreography)

  • Chair Tricks

  • Aerial Mixer

  • Beginner Aerial

  • Aerial Fundamentals

  • Aerial Hoop Dynamics

Specialty Classes:

(75 Minutes, 2 Credits)

These 75 minute classes will always include warm-up and conditioning components, before moving into learning the primary content (new moves, combinations, etc.) Every class will also finish with freestyle movement exercises, and a quick cool down.

Flex Classes:

(35-60 Minutes, 1 Credit)

  • Express Stretch (35 Minutes)

  • Open Training (1 Hour)

  • Mindful Movement (45 Minutes)

Flex Classes are meant to complement our specialty classes, and ensure a well-rounded training program. A 35 minute stretch after one of our comprehensive specialty classes will you feeling satisfied with a thorough training session…in under 2 hours! Or use an Open Training credit to focus on revisiting and refining material you covered in your most recent specialty class!
